THE GREAT
PARK STREET
SLOW-DOWN.

Watch real buses enter at Start, follow them down the corridor, and compare them against a constant stream of walking and cycling pacers heading to Christmas Steps.

Live uses recorded GPS fixes from BODS. Movement updates as new positions arrive.

THE SMALL PRINT (YES, THERE IS SOME)

WEST-green buses.
Imaginary racers.

Bus positions and destination names come from Bristol's BODS AVL records. Each qualifying Start crossing triggers a uniform WEST-style green sprite; colours are illustrative, not a statement about the vehicle's real livery. Walkers and cyclists are stylised reference pacers, not tracked people.

This front page is deliberately stricter than the wider gate engine: it only shows services expected to continue to Christmas Steps, filtering out obvious non-finish services such as the 8 and 72.

We calculate the distance along an approximate schematic corridor; walking and cycling times assume the same distance at 5 and 15 km/h. They are visual benchmarks rather than routed journey planners.
